Yet the real turning point came not from more applause, but from inner work. What began as a personal quest has evolved into a calling: to guide others along the path of transformation.
Now, as a published self-help author and one Australia’s most sought after breathwork and mindset coaches, Josh has taken his first hand learnings and years of study to formulate his unique approach to high performance coaching - one that he shares with athletes across various sporting codes including AFL & AFLW, as well as corporates and entertainers.
